All products are made to order via a print-on-demand service. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are shown to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee that colours, sizing, or product details will be 100% accurate, as these can vary slightly by manufacturing batch.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Production & Shipping
Orders are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to produce, followed by 3–10 business days for delivery depending on location. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind. Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
